Texts and calls are about the help you asked for: questions about your plans, scheduling a call, tour or home visit, and appointment confirmations and reminders.

How you opt in: by checking the consent box on a form on 512austinhome.com or lifeinaustintx.com. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it. The box says:

I agree to receive calls and text messages from William Zhang (Your Millennial Real Estate LLC, brokered by eXp Realty) about buying or selling a home, at the number I provided, including messages sent by automated means and calls using an artificial or AI voice. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: varies, usually a few messages in the first week and occasional check-ins after that.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for messages.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Help: reply HELP, or email william@512austinhome.com.

AI assistant: some messages and calls are handled by an AI assistant working for William Zhang. If you ask, it will tell you so. William handles every call and tour himself.
